Home Bookings

Payments

Payments can be made in full or secured with a 50% deposit for bookings made at least 48 hours in advance. For bookings made within 24 hours, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit, and debit cards.

Cancellations/
Rescheduling

Any made at least 48 hours in advance, no additional fee applies. Any made within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, while any made within 12 hours will incur a 100% fee.

Complaints

If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact Nail'or within 48 hours of your treatment.

We will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns you may have.

Pets

For hygiene purposes, all pets must be kept in a separate room during your appointment

Delays

Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. As Nail'or will arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time to set up, this results in a total waiting time of 30 minutes.

 

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be marked as a no-show, and 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

Shipping & Delivery

Timeline

Pre-designed press-on nails will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Custom orders will depend on complexity of the design. You will be notified how long the process will take.

 

All orders are sent via first-class delivery with tracking. Express delivery options are also available.

Packaging

Custom boxes are available for purchase with your order. These boxes allow you to color-coordinate your designs and keep them stored safely. Also the perfect press-on gift box!

International

Yes we deliver internationally.

Press-Ons & Nail Sizing

Sizing Kit

To ensure a perfect fit, sizing kits are available for purchase. Alternatively, you can refer to our sizing guide.

 

Please note that measurements taken without a Nail'or sizing kit may not be accurate.

Custom Orders

Custom orders can be submitted via our Custom Nail Quote Form. Once your request is received, it will be reviewed, and a quote will be provided, including pricing, processing time, and delivery details.

Personal Fitting

An optional sizing and fitting service is available. 

Refunds/Replacements

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds are only processed if your order arrives severely damaged or is not received at all.

 

In the event of any damage to the nails, replacements will be provided.
